SDO Expresses Determination To Clean Meme

CameroonPostline.com — Meme SDO David Koulbout Aman has expressed his determination to clean the Division in the Southwest Region of all administrative, political and social mess that slow development and Government actions. Koulbout made the declaration Wednesday, January 29, while receiving New Year wishes from his collaborators and other dignitaries in his jurisdiction.
 

According to the SDO, the occasion was an opportunity to give Meme Division a new vision for 2014 through making corrections and proposals in a calm and hospitable environment. He reiterated that for development to be realised, the population of Meme must give peace a chance through social dialogue and constant collaboration with the administration.
 

The SDO explained that every administrator must be part and parcel of the population being administered if the problems of the communities must be solved. To civil servants serving in the Division, the SDO said there will be no room for inertia especially in the treatment of files received from the public. Such actions would be greeted with administrative sanctions because civil servants ought to work in the best interest of the public.
 

For the press, the administrator expressed satisfaction in the road covered in 2013 but urged the journalists to knock the appropriate doors to get the right information through to the public.
On access to electricity and potable water in Kumba, the SDO said engineers are currently working to remedy the situation so that the population gets the best. Security wise, new units will be created in the Division, the SDO continued, so that the population can go about their daily activities in peace.
 

Earlier, the Second Assistant SDO, Nelson Yongkhuma Gamsi, on behalf of the collaborators of the SDO noted that in 2013, Meme Division got distinct exploits in the domain of health, education, culture, youth and women empowerment. Politically, the assistant SDO mentioned the peaceful conduct of senatorial, parliamentary and council elections in the Division; void of tension. Yongkhuma said, it gives the collaborators of the SDO a reason to join forces for a more development-oriented Meme Division in 2014.
